VALE: Kimchtaka Bomb Alaska (Ali)
Unfortunately, last week, our lovely 6 year old Samoyed, Ali (Kimchatka Bomb Alaska) was fatally injured when she slipped down our back stairs, onto concrete, breaking her spine. She had just had her 6th birthday, and was acting like a 1 year old, like she always has!
Dog Show: Spring Fair
Well, Spring was definitely here a day early. It was a beautiful day, clear and warm.
Ali was near her best, she stood well, and even though she tried to race a little bit, it wasn’t too bad.
Still, she only managed a 1st in Class.
Samoyed Club Fun Day
No show, this week. The NSW Samoyed Club put on a Samoyed Fun Day to showcase the Samoyed to the public, 
and I think it was a success, with lots of people coming, and they even made some money for the Samoyed Rescue!
Dog Show: Bulli
Ali, wasn’t very good in the class judging, running poorly and not standing any better, however she got the nod over the male, during the run-offs.
In the challenge judging she was standing like a German Shepherd, needless to say, no points today.
She was much better in the Junior group judging, but the schnauzer took it.
Dog Show: Wagga Wagga KC Saturday & Sunday
She looked pretty good, and didn’t play up, and ran nicely then stacked well, but the other sammy (Beyond the Glorious Years) got the nod. She looked nice too, so it was hard to complain ;-).
Then on the Sunday, Ali was the only Samoyed entered ,
who-hoo another 6pt challenge, and Best of Breed. Didn’t really get a look during the group judging, though.
